Join our like-minded community for free lunchtime mindfulness meditation sessions. Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing on the present moment and accepting your thoughts, feelings and surroundings. It can be useful to enhance your academic performance and reduce stress and anxiety.

This short video demonstrates what mindfulness meditation involves.

Day and time: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 12:30pm, (including tuition and study-free weeks).

Location: Counselling Services, Building 109, Level 2.

Booking: Not required.
