Mindful Self Compassion

Program overview

This is an empirically-supported, 9-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion and mindfulness.

Based on the ground breaking research this program teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.

Note this program includes the day of mindfulness to deepen your practice of compassion and mindfulness.

Time and Dates: 3:00 – 6:00pm, Thursdays, 2nd April – 28th May (Note: This group will meet in both tuition free weeks)
