Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Mindfulness sessions of varying types are run four days a week throughout semester at Counselling & Disability Services.
Each day of the working week (with the exception of Wednesdays) the Counselling, Disability and Wellbeing Service is offering mindfulness meditation sessions. Come along for half hour sessions of varying types led by skilled mindfulness based practitioners who engage in these same practices themselves.
Semester 2 2018 schedule
Lunchtime sessions: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (12pm – 12.30pm)
Booking: You don’t need to register – just come along.
