Mindfulness-Based Compassion Program
This online course (zoom) is a great opportunity to invest in self-care, build resilience and contribute to your general well-being. This program will introduce you to mindfulness and compassion and be a taster of what it is like to be less reactive and more responsive. This course combines the teachings of Mindful Self-Compassion and Mindfulness-Based Interventions like MBSR in one course.
To engage in this course, you will attend weekly live group sessions at the scheduled time (see below) and practice assigned meditations on a daily basis (about 15-20 minutes).
- Learn essential principals of mindfulness and compassion
- Increase awareness, decrease reactivity and increase acceptance
- Learn about the many applications and ways of integration of mindfulness on a day-to-day basis.

Dates and Times: 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Mondays, 10 August to 2 November
(Please note: a session will take place during the first tuition free week, but not on the Queen’s Birthday public holiday).
