Mindfulness and Compassion Webinar
This 9-week online webinar is a great opportunity to invest in self-care, build resilience and contribute to your general wellbeing. This program will introduce you to Mindfulness and Compassion and be a taster of what it is like to be less reactive and more responsive.
To engage in this course, you will attend weekly live webinars at the scheduled time (see below) and practice assigned meditations on a daily basis (about 15-20 minutes).
- Learn essential principals of Mindfulness and Compassion
- Increase awareness, decrease reactivity and increase acceptance
- Learn about the many applications and ways of integration of mindfulness on a day-to-day basis.
