Mindfulness-Based Course for Couples
This online course is an offering to couples who wish to explore the practice of mindfulness and compassion as a couple. This program draws on empirically-supported evidence to help you cultivate the skill of self-compassion and mindfulness.
Based on ground breaking research this program teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.
