Exploring Your HSP Mind
This is an 8-week group for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to join together and learn how your mind works and how you can thrive at university and in life.
15-20% of the population are born with the High Sensitivity trait which, in a university setting, can lead people to feel overwhelmed, self-conscious and anxious.
This group will meet weekly to give you the opportunity to learn more about the HSP trait and how it affects your experience. You will also learn some practical ways to improve your energy, state of mind and self-acceptance.
