Introduction to Anxiety Skills
This 2-session program is designed to provide participants with some basic tools to manage their anxiety. The sessions include some psycho-education on the physiology of anxiety, the role of thinking in creating/maintaining anxiety, and learning some strategies to manage the above.
During the two-week program students will learn some practical strategies that can be implemented immediately, and be incorporated into their daily lives. This short program was designed as an introduction to the 10-week Anxiety Skills Group that is recommended for any student with problematic anxiety.
Note we will be running four introduction groups and one of the four will be delivered online.
