Counselling Services have a range of downloadable guided meditations, brochures, videos, and self-help sheets to support your mental health and wellbeing. We also run free workshops, courses and support groups to help you with a range of topics, including stress, anxiety, sleep, mindfulness and more. Please note these programs are for current Curtin students only.
