We would love to hear any feedback you have for us. If it is a complaint, please let us know and we will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Our aim is to provide quality professional services for our clients. Please contact us with any feedback that you may have for us to better achieve this goal.
Any client dissatisfied with any aspect of service delivery is encouraged to raise concerns to the staff member concerned in the first instance. Should any matter not be satisfactorily resolved in discussion with the staff member please contact the head of Counselling and AccessAbility Services, Sean Murray, on firstname.lastname@example.org.
