Curtin Extra through CV!
Curtin Extra is a university-wide initiative that recognises student participation in co-curricular activities. As a CV! volunteer, you can be recognised at different tiers and in different streams depending on your role and level of participation. The table below summarises the requirements for each of the various levels and streams of recognition.

7 predetermined skills development modules
In order to have your participation with CV! recognised on the Curtin Extra Certificate, it is your responsibility to complete the Curtin Extra requirements within the relevant time frame; we will provide you with more information once you have been assigned to an activity.
If you commence volunteering in a CV! activity between:
- 1 December and 30 June, you will have until 30 November to complete your volunteer hours unless you are graduating in Semester 1 of that year which would mean you will have to complete your volunteer hours by 30 June of the same year.
- 1 July and 30 November, you will have until 30 June to complete your volunteer hours unless you are graduating in Semester 2 of that year which would mean you will have to complete your requirements by 30 November of the same year.
