This semester-long program is designed to help students discover and develop their professional selves by identifying their skills and qualities as a professional. Students are introduced to tools and learning strategies to enhance self-awareness and confidence and plan out their career goals.

Program elements include professional development workshops, reflection and self-awareness activities, Captains of Industry meetings with senior mentors in industry, career guidance, networking opportunities, and one-on-one support sessions.

Application Process

Students with a notable Course Weighted Average (CWA) and co-curricular involvement will be invited to apply towards the end of their degree.

This enables our High Achievers to immediately put their learnings into practice towards their future career and join an engaged High Achievers alumni group and peer network.

Given the competitiveness of the High Achievers Program, applications are submitted to a rigorous selection process.
