iLecture help

The iLecture (Echo360 Active Learning Platform) system is a quick and easy way for you to access recordings of your unit lectures or other video-based resources prepared by your lecturers.

iLecture recordings will be made available shortly after the lecture, typically before the following day. You can find these through the iLectures link in your Blackboard courses, the Echo360 mobile app (available through App Store or Google Play) or by logging on at

The iLecture system provides you with a rich playback experience and provides easy navigation to specific points within recordings.

You can:

  • resize your recording windows
  • create personal bookmarks
  • search through text within the slides
  • take part in discussions related to the recording.

You can also download copies of your recordings (if made available by your lecturer).
