Resources and development for research students
If you’re a higher degree by research (HDR) student, you should undertake core training in compliance and integrity, plus a range of professional development programs to gain key competency skills and enhance your employability. The development framework for HDR students consists of three key steps:
- Explore potential career pathways and determine which options you will follow.
- Design your pathway development program, including skills required and activities to undertake.
- Attain competency in core pathway requirements.
You should aim to complete at least eight training activities over the course of your studies.
