Registration to receive your award certificate at a graduation ceremony or by mail is from 12 December 2019 and closes 10 January 2020

The Graduations Office will send eligible students a Graduation Invitation OC (Official Communication) via OASIS from 12 December 2019. This invitation clearly outlines the online graduation registration process. If you do not receive a Graduation Invitation OC by 3 January 2020 please contact your school to ensure you are eligible to graduate.

Graduation invitation will not be sent if you have a sanction. All sanctions must be cleared by 3 January 2020 in order to be eligible to receive an invitation and register online via OASIS by 10 January 2020.

To receive your Graduation documents (Award Certificate, Academic Transcript and Graduation Statement) you must register online by 10 January 2020. During registration you can choose to either attend a ceremony, or receive your Graduation documents by mail. If you do not register online by the deadline your Graduation documents will not be produced.

Deadline for students and schools to advise the Graduations Office of any changes to formal name is 9 January 2020 (*not conferred graduates only). Please contact the Graduations Office of any changes to formal name prior to the deadline.

Deadline for students to update preferred mailing address in eStudent is 10 January 2020.

PLEASE NOTE: All graduates have continued access to their OASIS OCC channel after completion of their degree.

Graduation documents pack for collection or mail

For students who registered by 2 August to graduate in absentia

If you registered to receive your documents pack (including award certificate, graduation statement and academic transcript) via mail, it will be sent by Friday 27 September 2019.

If you registered to collect your documents, you can collect it from the Graduations Office in Building 101, Level 1 (adjacent to Alcoa Court) on Perth Campus from Friday 27 September 2019. Please bring photo identification (student ID card, drivers licence, proof of age card).

Awards not collected within 6 weeks of this date will incur a retrieval fee.

What if I can’t collect my documents myself?

If you need someone to collect your documents for you, please complete and print out the Disclosure of Information and Proxy Authorisation form.

Your proxy must bring in the completed hard copy of the form and their own photo identification to collect.

Packs will not be issued without authorisation from the graduate.
