Clear sanctions and update personal details

You can update your contact details and check for outstanding fees or fines in eStudent via OASIS. You must clear all sanctions to be eligible to graduate. To do this, log into OASIS, click eStudent in the my studies tab.

Please check that your name is correct as per your full legal name. To change your name, please submit the Change of Personal Details form before the published deadline.*

* Change of name not allowable if award already conferred.

Receive your graduation invitation and register

Graduation invitations are sent out twice per year (usually in July and December). Your graduation invitation will be sent to your Official Communication Channel (OCC) in OASIS.

Follow the instructions in your invitation to register to attend a ceremony or graduate in absentia. You may choose to defer your ceremony for up to 12 months after conferral. To find out when registrations close and when you’ll receive your confirmation OC, view our published deadlines.

If you don’t receive your invitation or confirmation by the published dates, please contact Graduations.
