Payment due dates

The due date is the date by which you must pay your tuition and Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) in full or submit a valid electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) if you’re eligible.

You can find your payment due date on your eInvoice or the Academic Calendar.

In most cases, the due date will be Friday of the first teaching week of the study period you’re enrolled in.

It is important that you download your eInvoice each study period to ensure you have the correct due date, so don’t miss it. If your fees aren’t paid by the due date, you may incur sanctions and/or your enrolment may be cancelled.

Your responsibilities

If you are an international student, you must pay your tuition fees in full by the due date. If you’re having trouble paying your fees on time, please see late payment of tuition fees.

If you are a Commonwealth supported student, you must pay in full or, if you are eligible to use a HELP loan to pay your fees, submit a valid electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) with your tax file number (TFN) by the due date.

If you are a domestic fee paying student, you must pay in full or, if you are eligible to use a HELP loan to pay your fees, submit a valid electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) with your tax file number (TFN) by the due date.
