Payment options

There are many ways to pay your fees at Curtin. The university’s preferred method of payment is Curtin ePay, however you can also use BPAY.

Your eInvoice will tell you how much you need to pay and when it is due.

Curtin ePay 

Curtin ePay allows you to pay your fees online using:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • China Union Pay
  • Japan Credit Bureau
  • PayPal
  • Flywire (for international payments only)

Curtin ePay is the preferred method of payment because:

  • It is quick and easy
  • You get a receipt emailed directly to you
  • Payment is received by Curtin within three to four hours
    (except payments using Flywire or PayPal which may take 72 to 96 hours).

One off payments

You can make a one off payment by selecting Current Students >  Tuition/Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF).  You will need to provide your student ID number and date of birth.

Setting up an account

You can set up an account through My Account, which will allow you to:

  • Securely register credit card details
  • Check out faster
  • View past and future payments
  • Re-print receipts and invoices
  • Store multiple delivery addresses.


You can make a payment using BPAY through your financial institution’s online or telephone banking. Credit card payments are accepted.

You will need to enter the Billpay Code and Ref number from your eInvoice.

Payments will take 48 to 72 hours to be processed.
