Payment due dates

You must finalise your tuition and Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) payments by the due date to avoid sanctions and/or cancellation of your enrolment. You can do this by paying in full or if you’re eligible submitting an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF).

International students must pay all tuition fees in full by the due date.

Domestic fee paying students must pay in full or if eligible submit a valid eCAF by the due date. If you are eligible and choose to defer your fees, you must submit a valid eCAF for the appropriate HELP loan (FEE-HELP/SA-HELP) with your tax file number (TFN) or Certificate of Application for a TFN.

Commonwealth supported students must pay in full or if eligible submit a valid eCAF by the due date. If you are eligible and choose to defer your fees, you must submit a valid eCAF for the appropriate HELP loan (HECS-HELP/SA-HELP) with your tax file number (TFN) or Certificate of Application for a TFN.

Where to find your payment due date

Your payment due date will be clearly marked on your eInvoice. It is recommended that you generate your eInvoice in OASIS to ensure you have the dates that apply to you.

You can also find all payment due dates for the upcoming study periods in the Academic Calendar.
