International student fee payments

International students are required to make full upfront payment of their tuition fees by the due date of the study period. Students who fail to pay their tuition fees by the due date risk having their enrolment cancelled.

If you are unable to make full payment by the due date

If you have not paid your tuition fees in full by the due date, you will receive an Official Communication via Oasis notifying you of the University’s intention to cancel your enrolment.

If you are experiencing unforeseen extenuating circumstances that affect your ability to pay your tuition fees you can submit an appeal against the cancellation of your enrolment. Further information and instructions on how to submit an appeal will be provided via your Official Communication Channel.

Situations where a payment appeal may be considered include, but are not limited to:

  • Financial hardship caused by natural disaster
  • Death or illness of a close relative
  • Medical reasons.

Partial payments

If you are able to make any partial payments towards your tuition fees, you are encouraged to do so, however if your enrolment is cancelled due to non-payment of tuition fees you may not be eligible for a refund.

Please see the Refund international student agreement for further information.
