Accreditation assessment
Curtin University is registered as a Provider for the centre and the centre is approved to provide childcare with the Government of Western Australia, Department of Communities.
The centre is registered to be assessed for Accreditation purposes through the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
This Accreditation system is designed to monitor the quality standards of a service. It assists with the identification of aspects of quality practices already in place while also identifying areas of practice for continual improvement. It is a system reliant on reflective practice as individuals and as members of a team working to provide the best care and education for the children.
The assessment process is based on the National Quality Standards together with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and is managed through the Government of Western Australia‘s Department of Communities.
Our centre was the first to achieve an exceeding rating in all seven quality areas.
