Appeal against cancellation of enrolment

Applies only to international students on a Student Visa.

If you have received notification via your official communications channel (OCC) that the University intends to cancel your enrolment due to non-payment of tuition fees (official communication titled Tuition Fees Overdue – Notification of Intention to Cancel Enrolment), you can formally appeal the decision.

Submit an appeal against cancellation of enrolment

A formal appeal must be submitted within 20 working days from the date the notification is issued.

Submit your appeal using the current students webform . Select ‘Appeal against cancellation of enrolment’ on the ‘Fees and scholarships’ tile.

All appeals should include:

  • A copy of your international student visa
  • Bank statements from the last 3 months – If you have more than one account (i.e. daily transaction account, savings account, term deposit, credit card, loan account) you are required to provide bank statements for each account
  • Any other supporting documents that you believe are relevant to your appeal

Once you have submitted your appeal form, you will receive an on-screen notification confirming your submission has been successful.

You will be provided with a response within 10 working days.
