Refund: Step one
To apply for a refund, you must have credit in your student account. You can check this on the My Finances tab in eStudent.
Do not provide any bank details during your application. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email and instructed how to proceed.
- International students must refer to the International Student Refund Agreement [.pdf 198KB] and the English Language Courses Refund Agreement [.pdf 193KB] before completing the refund application as penalties may apply.
- Not for Degree students must refer to the ‘refunds’ section of the Not for Degree Study (Non Award) Enrolment Form [.pdf 528KB].
