Curtin is committed to providing the highest quality of service to its students.
The provision of student services at Curtin is coordinated by the University's central student services administration, Student Central, which is located in Building 101 on the Bentley Campus.
Student Central comprises the following areas:
- University Admission Centre
- Customer Service Unit
- University Fees Centre
- Scholarships and Financial Aid Office
- Examinations Office
- Graduations Office
- Student eServices
- Student Systems
- Quality and Reporting Unit
Most day-to-day student administration, including enrolments and enrolment variations, is handled by a network of Faculty Student Services Offices (FSSOs) and other dedicated student services staff at the various campuses and education centres.
Your first point of contact regarding enrolment issues and other administrative matters relating to your course should always be the FSSO.
